Hello and welcome! I am Jaidyn Conner, the founder of Math Mind Institute.
 

For more than 10 years, I've had the privilege of working with students of all ages, helping them overcome challenges, build confidence, and discover that they are capable of succeeding in mathematics. As a certified teacher with classroom experience, and hundreds of hours of one-on-one tutoring, I've learned that every student learns differently - and that's exactly why personalized instruction matters.
 

Education has always been a passion of mine. I earned my bachelor's degree in Business Management, completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA), and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership. My own educational journey has been a little unconventional - I graduated high school at just 12 years old and completed college at 17. While those milestones have shaped my story, what means the most to me is using my experiences to encourage students to believe in their own potential, no matter where they're starting.
 

I founded Math Mind Institute because I wanted to create the kind of learning environment every student deserves - one where questions are welcomed, mistakes become opportunities to learn, and confidence grows alongside academic success. Whether we're preparing for an upcoming exam, strengthening foundational skills, or tackling a challenging new concept, my goal is always the same: to help students leave each session understanding more than when they arrived and believing in themselves a little more, too.
